The Mario Digital Meat Thermometer is the perfect solution for cooking food to its optimal result while grilling, baking or deep frying. The foldable probe is made from food grade stainless steel and the thermometer is rated IPX7 waterproof which keeps it safe and protected while rinsing clean after use. It features a large LCD screen displaying the temperature, backlight feature for better visibility in dark spaces, automatic shut-off and has a fast 2-3 second response time. The thermometer has a wide range of -58°F~572°F (-50°C~300°C) and can be switched between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).
